Return Policy

 

We will make sure your items purchased are packed with care before shipping. If you receive your purchase and it is damaged please email us at crossroadsfurnitureandgifts@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivered package. This will help us with the claim to the shipping company.

If for some reason you decide you need to return an item please email us at crossroadsfurnitureandgifts@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivered package. When returning merchandise to us, you will be issued an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number). The item you are returning must be in original condition, with product tag still attached. Lamp Shades and fabric items must have the original wrapping and intact for a full refund. We cannot issue refunds on items that have been laundered or altered in any way. Special Orders and/or personalized items, clearance merchandise and light bulbs are non-returnable.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

When you receive your RMA number, please write it on the outside of the box. This will help us recognize there is a returning package so that we can process your returned item in a timely manner. When we receive your returned item in our office, please allow us 5 to 7 business days for your account to credited.  

Please be aware that all purchases made on this website must be returned and exchanged through this website.  All credit card transactions conducted through Crossroads Furniture and Gifts website will be transacted through this website.
